When building any kind of MLM based business whereby you need to gather referrals into your downline in order to make money; it is essential to hold on to as many of those referrals as possible. Four:
Be a real leader. You need to lead by example. Show your downline how to properly run an online business by running your own online business in the best way possible. You could send them weekly updates on the things you have done and what you have achieved. This should encourage the rest of your downline into greater action themselves.
