You are able to cancel it by giving the complete following documentation: (1) a letter from the existed college or university that stating whether they are unable to accept the Plan of ICS insurance as the benefits that meets the university or college’s insurance requirements and (2) the letter from your self related to the requesting cancellation of the insurance.
If you able to prove it, you will received your refund minus 3% cutting in service fee. Other than the above circumstances, you are not able to cancel your ICS insurance.
